David Clark Laws and Probate are specialists in dealing with both contested and uncontested probate matters whether the deceased had a will or died without one (intestate).  Over the last year our team have dealt with estates worth millions from very straight forward estates to very complex ones. 

With a number of offices in and around London we aim to offer a cost effective fixed fee service wherever possible and have a number of packages designed to make matters easier for Executors and Administrators of estates.

All of our packages include fees right through to Grant of Probate or the issuing of Letters of Administration.  Where there are foreseen complications not dealt with within the fixed fee packages we will be very clear about any additional costs enabling some certainty in distribution of assets at the end of the process.
